Call for Abstracts
All papers, invited and contributed, will be published in a "Book of Conference Proceedings" which will be distributed to all participants at the beginning of the Conference.
We ask you to follow a few guidelines:
- The individual camera ready contributions to this book should not exceed 4 pages including figures and references and should be produced using this template.
- Please avoid page numbers, footnotes and memory consuming figures.
- Include pictures with captions into the text.
- Use gif- or jpeg-format wherever possible to keep the size of the file small.
Pictures will be reproduced in black and white. It is therefore recommended that only black and white or clearly distinguishable grey tones are used. - Save your file in rich text (.rtf) or MS-word (.doc) format.
Please refer to office@ptrms-conference.com for any questions concerning the layout of your contributions.
Deadline for Submission:
The abstracts (of contributed and invites papers) must be submitted by e-mail to
office@ptrms-conference.com before 15th November, 2010. Shortly after this deadline the final scientific programme will be published on this webpage.
Programme and Presentation of Papers:
The Conference programme (a tentative list of invited speakers is already available at our web-page) will consist of invited lectures (30 min.) and contributed papers (poster sessions).
All the contributed papers (except a few selected for oral progress reports) will be presented in Poster Sessions: These provide the main forum for presentation of new work and for discussion of recent progress. Each contributed paper will be allocated a poster board of approximately 135 cm (height) x 100 cm (width) or 53 x 39 inches. The authors will be expected to be present at their posters during the time period of the official (scheduled) Poster Session. Posters can only be presented if at least one author is registered and present as a conference participant.
IONICON Analytik poster award:
Among all posters the three most impressive and innovative will be awarded by the organising committee with a total of EUR 1000,-
